Apple keep their product roadmaps very secret which has lead to numerous rumour sites, constantly speculating about the next release – for example: Think Secret and MacRumours.

Some think at looking at the timing of past releases is a reasonable indicator, MacRumours has this Buying Guide which shows the release dates, intervals between last updates, links to recent rumours and provides a recommendation.
