Apple has released the iPod Nano, replacing the iPod Mini. Comes in 2Gb (A$299) and 4Gb (A$359), white or black. Finally the size / songs ratio is good. Also, the iTunes phone has finally launched. Clearly not designed by Apple, unfortunately. I’m guessing it will not be available in Australia for a while.
Oh, and iTunes 5 is available. Nothing major, but there’s one new feature that some Windows users will like “iTunes now supports iPod syncing for Outlook and Outlook Express on Windows PCs”.
And still no iTunes Australia Store.

Update
SMH reports that the ROKR (iTunes phone) will be available in Australia from September 15.
And, what’s with Apple Australia’s site? No front page update for the new products, there’s a link to the iPod Nano but “Page Not Found”
