It’s not their fault, but like most Apple product announcements, the net and tech writers hype it up. So, today’s “fun” new product from Apple is… wait for it… a “boom box”“:http://www.apple.com/ipodhifi/. Oh, and like many expected they re-released the Mac mini with Intel inside. With the release of an Intel version of the Mac mini, the price seems to have jumped. I thought the old versions started at $799, now a single core version is $999 and a dual core $1299.

Will Microsoft out-announce Apple with their Origami Project?

I’m glad someone else nodded off during the Apple announcement. wink The Origami does sound interesting. Here’s a link to some limited info: http://bink.nu/Article6291.bink (apart from the ‘say nothing’ MS Origami website)
