Wouldn’t it be interesting if Sydney Anglicans adopted a similar model to Mars Hill Church of using video sermons.

In this video “Pastor Mark Driscoll explains the reasons behind Mars Hill Church’s use of video for delivering sermons during church services at many locations.”

So for a Diocese this would be a little more complex… but each week you’d have Ray Galea or Philip Jensen or… preaching in your church. As a Diocese it could be a larger choice (e.g. 3 or 4 per week aimed at different audiences).

Watch the video, because it explains how the ministers/pastors are still essential in a church, just they can actually achieve more.
